I got no confirmation of shipping or tracking number for 3 days after the purchase. And when I called Chris and finally got the e-mail saying he shipped it, I never got the tracking # like he said I would. I called him today and he told me that I would be getting it in "just a few minutes" because UPS had just picked it up. Alright... I'm not stupid now, UPS doesn't send tracking #'s to my knowledge. They send the #'s to the shipper and it's the shippers job to send them to the receiver. And it pissed me off that he had sent a confirmation of shipment, but never shipped the item (so I thought). I called my dad when I hung up with Chris and it turns out that he had shipped them and they were already at my house. I lucked out in this situation, but as far as I'm concerned that's all the business I'm giving. Z1 is MUCH better, and they're local to me :) COZ is great too. Both of them know how to run great businesses, they just need to stock tan floor mats damnit.
